1 - Site Survey – the manual cataloguing of the current MAP capability of each of your packaging machines, followed up with a practical assessment and cost analysis of your options of where and how you can cut your MAP gas consumption and reduce packaging waste.

2 – Atmospheric CO₂ Check - a “snap shot” monitor of the CO₂ levels in the air, in your key production areas, to help identify where MAP gas is being wasted and to help you to be compliant with Health & Safety Regulations.

3 – Calibration Check – an quantitative assessment of your current headspace gas analysers, using certified test gasses to let you know the accuracy of your headspace gas readings and whether these are being reported correctly.

CheckPoint II

1 – A one day free detailed assessment on one of your flow wrapper or bagger packaging machines, to find out the potential gas volume savings that you could be making through our recommendations.
We’ll provide you with a full written report, free of charge, and we’ll also calculate the payback period for any investment we propose.
All the is work carried out by one of our fully trained engineers – we will work closely with you to minimise any inconvenience.

2 – A one-day on-site free trial of a PBI-Dansensor LeakPointer our off-line leak detection system, to show how even small leakers can be detected, and to demonstrate how your specific products and production would be improved.

A fully trained Tendring pacific engineer will conduct the on-site the demonstration.

3 - A one-day on-site free trial of either a PBI-Dansensor bench top CheckMate 3 or handheld CheckPoint II, off-line headspace gas analysers – that would best suit your needs.

4 – A five day on-site trial of a PBI-Dansensor LeakMatic on-line leak detection system.   Includes a comprehensive written report and a fully trained Tendring pacific engineer on-site for the duration of the trial, working closely with a dedicated member of your team.

This chargeable trial will to help you to:

• identify your packaging machine”s true leaker rate
• identify the causes of the leaks
• experience at first hand how
  • real time leaker information enables you to make immediate changes to the packaging machine
  • reduce the rate of leaker production.

Terms and Conditions of the Tendring pacific Health Check and follow up actions:

• The offer is available until 31st December 2011
• The offer is open to all   food plants using MAP in the UK only
• Only products sold by Tendring pacific will be offered as solutions
• The date for the Tendring pacific Health Check, and follow up actions, will be discussed individually with each applicant and scheduled for a mutually convenient time
• The Atmospheric CO₂ Check is carried out using portable calibrated equipment and the results are for guidance only
• For the 5-Day on site PBI-Dansensor LeakMatic trial, timely access for the on-site engineer will be needed. All work requires a Permit to Work and full approval by an authorised person prior to the commencement of the trial
• No liability will be accepted by Tendring pacific.
