MAP Technical Support & Training

MAP Technical Support & TrainingCompetitive Advantage

Simply having invested in top quality Dansensor equipment, does not necessarily guarantee that your company will derive the maximum benefit from it. Ensuring that you also invest in training colleagues, so that they have the knowledge to operate & routinely maintain it correctly, will help give your company the competitive advantage and reduce your subsequent servicing or repair costs.

Getting the Most from Your Equipment
When your operators, supervisors and maintenance engineers have that essential product knowledge, they can ensure that settings and operation are optimal and you reduce your subsequent servicing and repair costs as much as possible.

A Range of Training Options to Suit Your Needs

On-Site Training
All of our training is delivered on site, so that it can be practically applied to the trainees’ work place and so that staff do not have to travel.
Our courses include course documentation & individual certification. The client company is responsible for providing a suitable “classroom”.
A day’s training is typically 5-6 hours on site, allowing the trainer time to travel.

Post-Installation Training & Optimisation
Designed to help ensure that the maximum benefit is derived from installing new Dansensor online equipment.
Intended for a maximum of up to 4 off “Superusers”/ Maintenance Engineers.
Our Engineer Trainer will comprehensively instruct in the set-up and operation of the equipment in the classroom and then supervisor the “Superusers” as they put that theory into practise and optimise the recently installed Dansensor equipment.

On Site New User / Refresher Training
An on-site, classroom based session(s) for a maximum of 4 “Superusers” or 4 Maintenance Engineers.
Our Engineer Trainer will comprehensively instruct in the set-up & operation (& maintenance) of the equipment in the classroom.
