Range of sheet formers, extensively used in pulp paper manufacturing for producing handsheets from further assessment. Various sheet size molds available - 165mm (Tappi T-205 / ISO5269/1), or 8 x 8 inch or 12 x 12 inch stainless steel construction. Optional white water return.

For the standardised production of laboratory hand sheets, allowing the physical properties of the pulp to be subsequently evaluated.
The forming wire is removable allowing rapid exchange of the forming wires and easy handling of the wet sheet for couching, pressing and drying operations. 316 stainless steel construction provides durable, maintenance free operation and ensures that subsequent pulp brightness tests are free from copper ion contamination.
Three models are available:
- C-100 for 200 x 200 mm sheets
- G-100 for 300 x 300 mm sheets
- M-100 for 152mm (6 inch) diamter sheets
The sheet mold is shipped complete with a stainless steel agitator, 61 cm bronze drop leg, ball valve and drain sump ready for bench or sink installation.
