Elmendorf Tear Tester

Models and weights are available to test material with a variety of strengths.

The Elmendorf Tear Tester uses the Elmendorf principle to determine the internal tearing resistance of paper and board. The instrument, with choice of pendulum weight, is calibrated at the factory and includes a traceable check weight to verify calibration.
