Bending Resistance Tester
2-point bending machine for determining the bending resistance ( stiffness ) of paper and board. Complies with ISO 2493. Selectable bending angle and test length.
The Bending Stiffness Tester measures the bending resistance of sheet materials including paper, paperboard, tubing, film & foils and textiles using the 2-point bending method.

Complies with ISO 2493, TAPPI T 556.
The sample clamps grip the 15mm wide sample and are rotated through a selected angle at a constant speed. The angle of bending and the bending distance ( selectable up to 90mm ) are both user selectable.
The bending resistance is measured and displayed in Mn. The results are also displayed graphically.
