Film & Foil frequently used to achieve added value to a product and substrate prior to submission to the packaging machine.
When combined with cost of the product and in some cases, such as food & pharmaceutical consumer products where there is potential risk to the health and safety of the consumer, it is vital that the materials perform to specification.
The correct water and oxygen permeation rates along with the ability to make a pack that has good seal integrity and is leak-free, together with a good visual appearance of print quality and transparency are all equally important.
