Appointed UK Service Centre.
We are looking to augment our existing team with a NAVMS Apprenticeship for an internal sales office position. The successful Apprentice will be joining a forward-thinking, customer-focused company with a small team of professional and motivated staff.
This position needs an enthusiastic candidate who will be able to develop themselves within the role, to actively sell part of the instrument range and the future servicing of them. Using Sage CRM Database and Sage Line 50 systems to carry out all sales-related tasks, this position requires a computer literate and numerate individual.
Working closely with the Sales Office Manager and the Service Administrator, duties will include: direct telephone contact with our existing customers and potential new customers, and email correspondence; developing skills to sell consumable items, service contracts and PBI-Dansensor headspace analysers: the continuous update of the CRM database to ensure our contact data is current.
A good sense of humour and the ability to work as part of a team is necessary. A “can do” approach to work, but able to ask for help whenever required is important.
Training
Internal training will be given on the Sage CRM system, Sage Line 50 sales order processing system, the range of PBI-Dansensor products. Additional sales training will be out sourced as appropriate.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English.
Skills
Confident telephone manner/skills, good IT skills.
A knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook is essential.

Hours of Work
8.30-5.00 Mon – Thurs and 8.30 – 2.30 Friday
(Inclusive of an hour per day for apprenticeship module / portfolio building and 30 minute lunch break.)
Pay
£3.50 p/hr (Total working week 37.5 hours =£131.25)
A pay incentive or bonus will be given on achievement of milestones met throughout the Apprenticeship.
Future Prospects
Developing into the role to be able to sell a wider range of the PBI-Dansensor equipment.
Visit to PBI-Dansensor head office in Denmark.
